GAC Classes

Parent & Me classes are to introduce fine motor skills and explore their capabilities in a safe environment. Every class is a great opportunity for social time and get the hang of spending time with other children their ages in a structured time frame. Each class is 45 minutes long with parents being hands on involved with the instructor for the first couple classes and then stepping away to give your child independence

GAC Mini Tot 18-36mo -  45 minutes $75/month

  A 45 minute co-ed class for 4-6 year old who are more independent and ready to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics in a structured coach-led class. 

GAC Super Tot - Independent 45 minutes $95/month

This is for tots ages 1-5 to explore the gym in an unstructured manner to have their creative athletic freedom. They can bounce, flip and run in a safe place!

These classes we will have instruction on each event; vault, bars, beam, floor. Speed/strength/agility will be combined with each event. Each session will be curriculum based and child may only advance to the next level class if each requirement has been checked off. This is for safety reasons. We do not want to push the child to the next level if their ability is not ready!

AMP Athletics is a youth fitness training program for athletes 7 - 18 years old. We focus on speed, strength, and agility. Our training techniques promote mental toughness and push athletes to their full potential! We encourage our athletes with the philosophy that finishing is the way to success.

Open gyms are for GAC members and non-members ages 6+. You MUST have a waiver on file to participate.
