Birthday Parties at GAC!

$200 GAC member for 15 friends +$10 for each additional friend 

$250 GAC non-members for 15 friends +$10 for each additional friend 

$100 deposit - day/time not guaranteed until deposit received

30-day cancellation policy

What's Included: 

- 1.5-hour party - 1 hour in the gym with a qualified coach and 30 minutes in the party area

- Entire gym to yourself!

- Basic party decorations included 

- Tables and coverings included (4 tablecloths, 4 tables) 

• Any children 3 years and under must have a parent/guardian (18+) with them during the party. 
• Athletic wear such as t-shirt, shorts, leggings, leotards, etc. required. No jewelry, jeans, or clothing with zippers allowed. Bare feet or grippy sock allowed.
• Deposit is due at the time of booking, remainder due Monday prior to party.
• Party host can arrive 30 minutes prior to party for set-up and 30 minutes after for tear-down/clean up.
• A completed waiver form is required for every participant.
• 30-day cancellation notice is needed for birthday party cancellations. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the date will receive a credit.
• $1 per minute for additional time used past time allotted 

ADD ONS:

• Add an additional 30 minutes to your part time (when available) for $50!
• Add on our Safari bounce house for the entire party time for $75!
